Honest and Open System for Success----More
than Words
Conveying confidence, honesty and trustworthiness, through a 17 inch screen. As we pursue our Internet Home Based Businesses, we are challenged to convey our message to the World using words, which no easy task given the challenges that are before us. Challenge #1: Conveying confidence: Standing out from the Crowd. Using words to persuade your potential customers or business associates is a challenge in itself. Grabbing their attention and keeping them interested in your Product or Service requires you to provide information that is relevant to their desire. A good practice is to repeat the details of your of Company. 1. How long has your company been established? 2. What are your company’s credentials? 3. Give testimonials. 4. Give biographical details. Offering a Work at Home Business Opportunity should convey “good news” so make your words reflect the confidence you have in your Company. Challenge #2: “Our Eyes are the Window to the World” We cannot look into the eyes of our potential customers and future business partners. Language is our “Window to the World”. We share information on a daily basis and we seek information on a daily basis. How to provide information: 1. Focus on your subject and its purpose. 2. Establish your reason for writing. 3. Offer further assistance. 4. Be willing to share information. How to seek information: 1. Your inquiry should tell them why you want the information and how it will be used. 2. Include reasons for your interest, especially when you are asking for personal information. 3. Tell them why the information will benefit them. Challenge #3 Trustworthiness: “Actions speak louder than words” There is no doubt that the only way you will be seen as trustworthy is in the actions you take. If you make a commitment to help a customer or business associate, follow through on your promises. It may seem like a simple task, but too often many over zealous business people try to seal the deal, then make promises that they cannot keep. If you look real close as you are looking into your 17 inch screen, you will see yourself. Be honest and open, and you find the success you are looking for. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Written by Tina M.
